Hollie leads CR and Sustainability across Europe for Illumina, a global genomics and precision health company. She is passionate about connecting STEM with social impact and advancing equitable access to science and education with a focus on genomics.
She is also the founder of UNIQUE, an Employee Resource Group focused on inclusion and advocacy for individuals with visible and non-visible disabilities, including neurodiversity. Through the power of partnership, Hollie believes we can influence change and create an inclusive work environment for all.
