Rachael Bevan has worked in museums for almost 20 years, committed to audience-centred, curiosity-driven engagement. As Head of Learning and Visitor Experience at Eureka! Science + Discovery, she shapes programmes grounded in real visitor needs, designing experiences that are playful, inclusive, and responsive to the local community need. Her work connects contemporary stories and research with real-life impacts, and focuses on empowering visitors of all ages to explore the world around them with confidence, joy, and a sense of belonging.
